Account Executive - Enterprise Software Sales

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish relationships with new clients in the development community and manage a pipeline of prospects from initial contact to close. 
  • Educate prospects and clients on Avesdo though on-line presentations and networking
  • Identify and develop new leads while tracking information in a CRM database
  • Understand the competitive landscape (strengths, weaknesses, benefits) and determine how to position Avesdo to win
  • Perform all aspects of selling professionally including: prospecting, approaching, presenting, handling objections, closing, and follow-up
  • Maintain an annual sales target, relay critical feedback from prospects and clients to sales team, and contribute to the annual growth of Avesdo

Requirements

  • Experience working in a condominium/new home sales centre environment (sales or sales & administrative) is recommended
  • 3+ years experience in sales or proven ability to achieve sales quotas
  • University Degree or College Diploma from accredited institution
  • Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills with the ability to sell at all decision-making levels
  • Strong technical knowledge (CRM experience is an asset)
  • Ability to manage complex sales and develop strategic plans
  • Ability to thrive in a fast pace, unstructured environment is a must

What we offer you

  • Base Salary + Commission (Total Compensation $60,000 - $125,000) 
  • 0.05% – 0.1% Equity
